Let me start by saying We got 11 different quotes.

EVERYBODY told me a part of my roof (that was only 3 years old) needed repair, and up charged me by a thousand bucks or more.

The FIRST thing Tom Ford said to me during his quote was "there is a part of your roof that looks like it's only a few years old.. I would recommend leaving it be, and save yourself the thousand dollars."

That's when I knew he was our guy, and it only got better from there.

The quote he gave me was the quote we payed.  Quote for quote, he was the lowest.

He even went to bat for us with the insulation guy when he thought we may be getting over charged.

He started on time,  finished on time, cleaned up propperly, and was polite.

Seriously, when I shared his quote with another roofer, that roofers response to me was "good luck with that."  My response to him is " thanks, we had great luck with Thomas Ford... hope you enjoyed not getting my money."

Thomas Ford is 5 star, local, and GOOD!

I had my roof replaced by Tom Ford and could not be any happier with the results. Communication was excellent, work was explained and done to satisfaction. Thomas Ford was fantastic!  We had never had a roof replaced before and he walked us through all the things that were required and the things that we could do.  Tom was very responsive and kept to his timeline, while bringing our outdated roof into 2018.  

His crew, including a great guy by the name of Josh, were here on time and worked diligently.  Our roof looks great.  We received great value for our money and more importantly, are secure in the knowledge that it was done correctly.

I only had a brief conversation with Thomas this morning regarding roof replacement, and based on his Yelp reviews and observing the job he is currently doing for my neighbor, I decided to go with him for my roof.

My wife had twins in February and a week after she and the babies got back from the hospital our roof began to leak. It was also during a week where rain was forecasted everyday. I called multiple companies in the morning and nobody would come out. However, around 4pm my dad gave me Thomas Fords number that he got from a guy at work. I explained what was going on to ford regarding the leak and how we just got home from the hospital. Within 15 minutes he was at our house and fixed the leak. While he was here I had him give a quote on replacing the entire roof which turned out to be better than expected. I decided to replace the roof and had a few companies come out to give a quote just to see if Ford was a fair price. Nushake came out and gave a quote that was 5k higher and when I told them about Ford's quote they said they knew him and that he is an honest guy but must be stuck in 2013 prices if he really gave me that quote. They seemed to believe the quote was made up. I got one other quote from another roofer who was about 100 dollars cheaper but did not seem as experienced or trustworthy as Thomas.

Anyways, I decided to go with Ford because of him coming out that day with the leak, he seemed very trustworthy, and because I know people who have had their house done by him and really liked his work. The roof was finished in 3 days and inspected today on 6/21/18. My wife and I are incredibly pleased by the job done.

Thomas is very particular about keeping things clean and ensuring that you are happy with the work. There were no hidden prices. His quote is what the final price was. I also had him insulated the house with spray insulation which has already dramatically lowered how long my AC is running for.

I highly recommend Thomas Ford roofing. His team does a great job, he is very reasonably priced, and truly seems like an honest guy.
